A credit card is needed as security, and we check your credit information with your permission. Later cancellations are considered case by case. Kilometres beyond that cost 0.20 \u20ac\/km and are invoiced after the return. If you know you will drive a lot, tell us when booking and we will agree on a kilometre package.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <div class=\"collapsible\">\n            <h3>\n                <button type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Can I book a car for someone else?<\/button>\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"content\">\n                <div class=\"wrapper\">\n                    <div class=\"editor\">\n                        <p>The booking should be made in the name of the person who picks up and drives the car. We need their name, date of birth and driving licence details. The booking confirmation serves as a receipt. Roadside assistance is included in every rental and is on duty around the clock every day of the year. You can also rent a hand truck, load straps and a broom. Photos or video at pick-up and return show the condition of the car. If the tank is not full, we charge for the fuel plus 50 \u20ac.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <div class=\"collapsible\">\n            <h3>\n                <button type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Can I return the car early?<\/button>\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"content\">\n                <div class=\"wrapper\">\n                    <div class=\"editor\">\n                        <p>Yes, at any time within the booked rental period.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <div class=\"collapsible\">\n            <h3>\n                <button type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">What if I am late returning the car?<\/button>\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"content\">\n                <div class=\"wrapper\">\n                    <div class=\"editor\">\n                        <p>Call the office as soon as you notice you will be late, because the car often has a next renter. Less than 15 minutes usually costs nothing. For a car returned more than 15 minutes late without notice we charge 150 \u20ac.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <div class=\"collapsible\">\n            <h3>\n                <button type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Do I need to wash the car?<\/button>\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"content\">\n                <div class=\"wrapper\">\n                    <div class=\"editor\">\n                        <p>Normal dust and mud do not matter. We charge a cleaning fee for rubbish, pet hair or exceptional dirt. If other parties are involved in a collision, call the police. Your excess is at most 1,600 \u20ac per damage. For an extra 20 \u20ac it is reduced to 800 \u20ac.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <div class=\"collapsible\">\n            <h3>\n                <button type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Can I rent if I have a payment default record?<\/button>\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"content\">\n                <div class=\"wrapper\">\n                    <div class=\"editor\">\n                        <p>Yes. We then collect a 600 \u20ac deposit before the rental starts. For an extra 20 \u20ac your liability is at most 800 \u20ac.
